At ShopWSS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original shoe box or apparel packaging and secure them inside a shipping mailer or box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
